Loving Care Team

Our Loving Care Team (LCT) functions as liaison between the Prayer Team, the elders, and our congregational family. The LCT facilitates communication with regard to the needs of our brothers and sisters who require prayer during a time of crisis (e.g., illness, surgery, or loss of a loved one). Their specific tasks include the following:

• Contacting members of our congregational family at home, in the hospital, or nursing care facility.

• When appropriate, make visits to the hospital or home.

• Report information to the leader of our Prayer Team and follow up with periodic updates and Praise Reports.

• Send get-well cards, cards of prayer and encouragement, condolence cards, and congratulatory cards to members of our congregation.

• Assist the Elders with any special congregational needs.
