Audio-Visual Team

Our Audio-Visual Team serves to enhance our worship service and special events by using sound and visual elements appropriate to the occasion.  Their goal is to do so in a clear and understandable manner so the people are ministered to effectively. Tasks include:

• Arriving early to set up equipment as needed for the worship service (coordinate with worship leader), check/replace batteries of wireless microphones, and configure the soundboard.

• During rehearsal: set optimum levels for house speakers and stage monitors.

• During service: adjust levels as needed, turn speaker microphone on/off.  Adjust lighting if necessary.

• Set up and maintenance of ProTools to record sermons, burn CD copies for book table and special orders, print labels and update the CD database.

• Training of soundboard engineers and those handling PowerPoint presentations.
